Reaching out to the target audience across India effortlessly

FMC or the Food Machinery Corporation has a history of four decades in India. As a leading agricultural science company, FMC is committed to responding to customers’ forever evolving needs!

A big business like FMC needed an expert, a brand activation company that not only understood its requirements but also delivered the exact solution to cater to those needs. Hence, FMC chose Insta Brand Activation to take up this responsibility.

Challenges:

  • With their target audience mainly being farmers, FMC wanted to reach out to them on a ground level and train them on their pesticide products.
  • FMC wanted a rural activation setup for their promotional campaign in different languages, without losing the essence of consistent branding.
  • A few locations were spacious but a few were really tiny and so different sized setups were needed to fit in the dedicated space.
  • Since most of the training sessions were to be conducted outdoors, FMC wanted tent-like setups that could withstand rain, dust, and provide shelter in the harsh sun.
  • Lastly, FMC was looking for a solution that must prove to be cost-effective.

Solution:

After briefing and understanding FMC’s concern and objective of the promotional campaign, here’s how we provided the most optimum solution for them:

  1. Two different promotional Active Box setups. Of which one was Euro plus tent, introduced to FMC as Framer’s Training Kit. This is an expansive tent-like structure that doesn’t need any specific tools or expertise to set it up. It has a strong, sturdy structure that easily withstands extreme weather conditions like rains, wind, or harsh sun serving the purpose of conducting farmers’ training at outdoor locations. Euro plus being a modular setup and a highly portable one, was transported to FMC using a mini pick up van that saved a lot of incidental costs which wouldn’t have been possible with other type of bulky and heavy promotional setup.
  2. Another solution was Hype, our perfectly designed brand promotional kit for compact spaces. This promotional kit also serves as a tent-like setup; high-quality, portable, and sturdy enough to hold out heavy rains, wind, and sun. This setup is so compact when dismantled that it is easily transported on a bike. Moreover, this saves manpower costs as it can be assembled by one person.
  3. Both these types of modular construction of Farmers’ Training Kit were coupled with consistent branding in different languages for better audience reach.
  4. Along with the setups we provided FMC with Installation & Dismantle Video besides an easy-to-read and DIY instruction guide.
  5. Owing to our pan India presence, we could offer on-call assistance to the onsite team in their local language.
  6. Ultimately for promotion across PAN India, these two setups proved highly cost-effective to FMC as they were reusable and save added money that is usually spent on logistics or transportation.
