In 2017, FCA launched their flagship Jeep Compass SUV in India. This meant that along with advertising through mass media, they had to completely revamp the branding at their dealerships across India and Nepal. At Insta Brand Activation we were glad to take up this challenge and race against time to partner with their branding and dealer development team and deliver the desired store communication plan.

Their Problem:

  1. Branding 85 showrooms across India and Nepal within 4 weeks while the cars got delivered at the stores
  2. Ensuring all execution and look & feel follow the FCA CI guidelines
  3. Refreshing the graphics in 2021 to communicate the new models and accessories

Our solution:

  1. We chalked out a plan for all store recce, graphic adaptation, production, and installation
  2. Once the plan was approved by FCA, we used our modular aluminum frames with fabric prints for the graphics for the walls and self-standing display.
  3. The fabric graphics were lifelike and gave a premium look to the store
  4. The frames were produced based on the approved recce report and then the installation started.
  5. In Jan 2021, post lockdown when FCA needed to refresh the showrooms, we supplied the new graphics and these were self-installed by the dealer staff across locations; thereby reviving the store communication within 2 weeks!
