Our Client – Vivo:

The Vivo Electronics Corp is a phone brand based out of China, which specializes in making low-cost and mid-range segment Android phones. The brand is a hit in the Indian market for it works on the latest technology and makes these smartphones available at affordable rates.

Their problem:

Vivo- the innovative global smartphone brand, approached Insta Brand Activation to up brand activation game. Having a PAN India reach, they are always on the go and are continuously doing activation at local markets extensively to promote their newly launched products. So, the main concern of the brand was an easy-to-do setup that could be portable from one location to another and that served both the purpose of indoor and outdoor brand activation.

Our Solutions:

  • We aesthetically customized our activation kit to suit the purpose of both indoor and outdoor branding. The promotional setup could be used both indoors and outdoors. We tastefully customized the kit as per the brand's requirement where we focused on the size of the setup that could be easily configured into a smaller size for indoor spaces.
  • Out of the 2 structures, the one we provided was with a graphical back wall with a header board for branding at the front for a simple and elegant look.
  • Another configuration that we delivered was a 2-side open stall with a backlit front counter.
  • These backlit counters in both the promotional setups were added to double up the branding opportunity.
  • With easy-to-change vinyl graphics, the purpose of frequently updating creatives was served.
  • Vivo completely approved our contemporary, minimal, and yet operational activation setup.
